Its proximity to the Gonergrat station allows for easy access to transportation for further adventures. the hotel is right across from the train stations in the heart of the city, providing a central location for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a veranda to enjoy the changing colors of the mountains. The staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
The service in the bistro can be a bit slow due to the staff being over-tasked, causing some delays in receiving orders.

I had a fantastic stay in Zermatt. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect - just a few steps away from the train station and within minutes walking distance of everything in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the sauna after a long day of hiking in the mountains. The breakfast provided was not only delicious but also saved me some money. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best it could be.

Perfect location! Close to train station, Gornergrat train, restaurants, grocery store, and ski rental. Great internet. Loved the sauna after skiing. Kind staff, especially breakfast team.
