The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a veranda to enjoy the changing colors of the mountains. The staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
The service in the bistro can be a bit slow due to the staff being over-tasked, causing some delays in receiving orders.

I had a fantastic stay in Zermatt. The location of this hotel was perfect - just a few steps away from the train station and within minutes walking distance of everything in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. I particularly enjoyed the sauna after a long day of hiking in the mountains. The breakfast provided was not only delicious but also saved me some money.

Perfect location! Close to train station, Gornergrat train, restaurants, grocery store, and ski rental. Great internet. Loved the sauna after skiing. Kind staff, especially breakfast team.
